1/2 jalpeno, more if you like it REALLY hot.

You can actually can that and use it later on. I did that before and used it over pasta etc.. Yum! Looks great!
Ive wanted to and give as gifts but I read about it and it looks like if not done right I could poison people:( scary
Yea, you definitely have to make sure it seals right. I love infused oils, but some can get bacteria, especially if using raw garlic. Why can't anything be simple?
