My Peach Cobbler

This is the best peach cobbler and is very easy to make.
1 large or 2 small cans of peaches sliced
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup self rising flour
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of cinnamin

Put butter in your baking dish, microwave to melt. Mix sugar, flour, milk and extract in a bowl. Pour into the melted butter. Drain peaches, arrange in the dish. Sprinkle cinnamin on top. Bake in 350 oven for 50-60 mins. Yum-O!

Before baking
All done!

looks tasty! do you make your own self rising flour from the grain you mill or just buy it? If you make it, mind sharing the recipe? I love having mixes on hand that I know what's in them!
