That is exactly what I am going to make :) How many did you end up with?
8 pans, I froze most of them, so I have em when I want em.... so good.....I also did a quarter batch with the orange marmalade version, we liked that as well....

they look great! i really need to get some put into the freezer. i was thinking about doing overnight ones. since i'm up late, then they'd be ready in the morning. i want you to make me the little orange muffins again. i can't wait to see you!
