This should not have taken me this long to finish but I only had time here and there..... I like it, its bigger than I thought it would be but I like it.

To answer your question about the oats....
Short answer yes, it is better for you. Long answer:
Oats are one of the quickest grains to spoil; even before you roll or crush them. I think it takes about six months to a year for oats to go rancid.
So Getting a bucket of them, and rolling them as you need them, is the best way to keep all the nutrients.
Buying the Old fashioned oats in the store is the next best option, but you don't know how long they have been setting in the crushed/rolled state
They go rancid about a week after you roll and crush them.
